　　Emetech首先是个亲切的地方，这个印象是Tom带给我的。Emetech Studio的小门很低调，没有标志，没有名字。在门口待了15分钟，没有人进出，准备走了的时候，Tom出现了。我立马上搭讪，我们握手，他说：KK，Let me show u around。工作室在地下一层，难怪我刚才在门外徘徊的时候，屋内毫无动静。才知道原来DRL有个工作室就是在楼上。以后，大家首先是握手点头，同道中人，聊着聊着就开始介绍方案。工作室在地下，后部有个小天井借点天光和空气下来。Tom卷了根烟，叫上Aven和Tommy等，我们在小天井中边抽烟边聊起来，把DRL的作品鄙视了一番，并考验了我进入Emetech的动机，鉴定完毕，认为我会在Emetech有一个愉快的学年。因为我透露出来自己很好学，富有科学精神，性格朴实无华，并且喜欢有道理的东西。haha

　　其次，Emtech是个充满异域风情的地方，有Tom，Aven两个纽约仔，Santiago哥伦比亚帅哥，西班牙美女Jane，Tommy越南仔，伊朗两个大帅哥。看到他们，仿佛想到了一年后的我。整日忙着做设计，思考着作品的逻辑，然后跟大家开开玩笑，入夜了，当然去pub喝酒，很晚了，回家做晚饭。伊朗人，在我的惯性思维中是与奔放，色情，嘻哈绝缘的。但是第一次跟这个伊朗人对视，伊眼中的迷离朦胧顿时让我产生了疑惑。伊开口的第一句话：“How many girls this year?"我顿时语噎，良久，答：“You like girls?"。我意识到我问的有点奇怪，还是有人打破尴尬，说He like animals。Jane的美是典型的西班牙女郎的风味，着实把我在街上看到的伦敦女人比了下去。英国不是以美女著称，最著名的女演员Keira Kneightley也难以称得上Gorgeous。

        学习完了大家兴致浓厚，继续去pub喝酒。伊朗的哥们在Pub中彻底放开了，正好酒吧里有个英国girl主动和他搭讪，说自己正在学习阿拉伯语。他那忧郁的眼神，配上啤酒的芬芳，烟草的气息，和来自东方的神秘感，自然呈现出不可阻挡的典雅的气质。不过热乎完毕，出来抽烟的时候，他说We are persian, not arabian.然后大骂了伊朗的政府，然后问：so，do u like your government? 一幅来到自由世界很爽的样子。于是我发觉了他的幼稚，开始和Tom交流processing的问题。Tom再次鼓励我说：I'm sure you will have a good time in Emetech, because I have learned a lot this year.我们握手做别。

　　对于我们大多数人来说，18岁以前，学建筑的历史是不存在的，至少的确是无意识的。没有关注和切入的点，没有方法途径可言。而五年之后，23岁的我们已经知道，建筑生涯能否走的远并不取决于深厚的建筑理论素养或者包装成果的高超手法，也不取决于趣味的独到超然，甚至跟经验阅历的厚度和结构有时候也无足轻重。我知道奥妙在于其他方面，达人们自己也不会相信通过，理论，手法，趣味，经验任何一项登峰造极能真正让自己达到更加深远的境界，只有先有了境界，才有可能让其中一项达到登峰造极。

　　单总也跟我们说过，有的时候真的不要着急，该是你的就是你的。Em的师兄有的回国，有的留在伦敦，有的去其他国家进行实践。一年后谁知道我又会在什么地方忙碌着？你可以进很多大的公司，客户无数，项目汹涌，在商潮中施展技艺，出名头地。也有像Weinstock这样的号称smartest guy，在AA这么小众的位置上，带领着十几个人的精兵勇将，杀出别有洞天的世界，丰富着建筑学的内涵。什么才是最好的选择呢？真的不知道。有时候甚至是选择了以后才有考虑的资本。曾经在复旦和清华之间选择了清华，在生物和建筑之间选择了建筑，在美国和欧洲之间选择了欧洲，在TUD和aa之间选择了aa。 　

　　下一次的选择，就是去美国或者不去美国了吧。
